Šachty is a small ski area right by the town of Vysoké nad Jizerou in the Jizera Mountains (Liberec Region). It has easy and intermediate slopes (5 km) and night skiing, plus a children's area, a snowpark and snow tubing. The season usually runs from late December to mid March, and an adult day pass in main season costs CZK 640 (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
