Balderschwang

Balderschwang lies in a high valley of the Allgäu Alps in the Hörnerdörfer area (Bavaria); its village centre is the highest in Germany at 1,044 m, and heavy snowfall has earned it the nickname Bavarian Siberia. Its 41 km of slopes work for everyone from beginners to racers, with snow reliability and family appeal rated as strengths, and there is night skiing at Gschwend.
