Hochgratbahn Oberstaufen - Steibis

The Hochgratbahn from Oberstaufen and Steibis takes you up the Hochgrat (1,834 m), the highest mountain in the western Allgäu. There are no groomed slopes: the natural-snow descents are marked ski routes (5 km), intermediate to difficult, so it is terrain for advanced skiers, freeriders and ski tourers, especially on the north-facing slopes. There is also a sporty 5 km natural toboggan run. The season depends on snow and runs to mid-March, and an adult day pass in main season costs €44 (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
