Reit im Winkl

In this entry Reit im Winkl means the cross-border Steinplatte Winklmoosalm area: on the Bavarian side you start from Seegatterl near Reit im Winkl, on the Tyrolean side from Waidring in the Pillerseetal, and modern gondolas lead into the ski area from both. The Bavarian Winklmoosalm is easy going for beginners, while the Tyrolean Steinplatte also has challenging runs; together they offer 42 km of slopes, a snow park and a funline. The planned 2026/2027 season runs from 5 December 2026 to 29 March 2027, and an adult day pass in main season costs €66 (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
