Mayrhofen

Mayrhofen is a big area in the Zillertal (142 km of slopes) spread over several mountains above Mayrhofen, Finkenberg and Lanersbach: Penken is about action, Ahorn about relaxed skiing, and then there are Horberg, Rastkogel and Eggalm. The modern 3-S Penkenbahn takes you up to Penken straight from the town. There is something for everyone, from kids' areas to steep expert runs, freeriding and the PenkenPark for freestylers. The planned 2026/2027 season runs from 4 December 2026 to 11 April 2027, and an adult day pass in main season costs €82 (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
