Lachtal

Lachtal is a small, family-friendly resort in the Murtal valley in Styria (Murau district), yet one of the larger ones in the province (26.2 km of slopes). It is known for quality slopes, the Kinderlachtal for the youngest and a good choice of intermediate and advanced runs, plus two ski routes, and all the huts offer table service. The season usually runs from early December to late March, and an adult day pass in main season costs €62 (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
