Loser Altaussee

Loser Altaussee is a family ski resort in the Ausseerland (Salzkammergut) in Styria, with gondolas and chairlifts that keep waiting times short. The wide slopes (34 km) are great for carving, freeriders get spectacular terrain above the tree line, and there is also a ski touring route. The planned 2026/2027 season runs from 28 November 2026 to 4 April 2027, and an adult day pass in main season costs €59 (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
