Tauplitzalm

Tauplitzalm is a ski area above Bad Mitterndorf in the Ausseerland (Salzkammergut) in Styria – compact, family-friendly, sunny and, according to the source, one of the snowiest areas in the Alps. Its 43.5 km of slopes cover every level, with kids' areas and plenty of freeride terrain, and you can even stay overnight in Tauplitzalm village right by the runs. The planned 2026/2027 season runs from 28 November 2026 to 4 April 2027, and an adult day pass in main season costs €62 (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
