Alpe d'Huez

Alpe d'Huez is a big ski area in the French Alps (Isère, near Grenoble) that links the resorts of Vaujany, Oz en Oisans, Villard Reculas, Huez and Auris en Oisans, with 250 km of slopes in total. Most runs lie above 2,000 m, right up to the Pic Blanc, and the 16 km Sarenne run is the signature descent; it works well for families, beginners and advanced skiers, and for park riders. The planned 2026/2027 season runs from 5 December 2026 to 18 April 2027, and an adult day pass in main season costs €66 (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
