Moléson lies in the La Gruyère region of the canton of Fribourg, and its 30 km of slopes cover all levels of difficulty. The funicular links Moléson-Village with Plan-Francey and also gives access to snowshoe trails and a 4 km toboggan run away from the ski slopes. The season usually runs from mid-December to late February, and an adult day pass in main season costs CHF 49 (approx. €53) (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
