Rüschegg Eywald

Rüschegg-Eywald lies in the Bernese Pre-Alps in the Gantrisch Nature Park, about a 30-minute drive from Bern, Thun and Fribourg. The Rüschegg ski lift is over two kilometres long with a complex curve, which makes it one of the more technically impressive lifts in Switzerland; the 13 km of forest and carving slopes suit families, beginners and advanced skiers. The season usually runs from mid-December to late March, and an adult day pass in main season costs CHF 38 (approx. €41) (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
