Grächen

Grächen sits in the Mattertal in Valais, in a sunny village at around 1,600 m. You reach the ski area by a fairytale gondola – each ride lasts about as long as one Brothers Grimm story. The runs (44 km) are varied, with a high share of challenging ones, but it is still a resort for the whole family, with a Talentschmiede, a Familienpark and a Family Funslope. The planned 2026/2027 season runs from 12 December 2026 to 4 April 2027, and an adult day pass in main season costs CHF 67 (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
