La Tzoumaz Verbier is part of the 4 Vallées area (412 km of slopes) in Valais, the largest in Switzerland, around Mont-Fort (3,330 m). The connected resorts include Verbier, La Tzoumaz, Nendaz, Veysonnaz and Thyon. Much of the terrain lies above the tree line, and the area is especially popular with experts and freeriders – Verbier is a regular stop on the Freeride World Tour – while there are also easy slopes near the valley. The planned 2026/2027 season runs from 7 November 2026 to 11 April 2027, and an adult day pass in main season costs CHF 94 (prices from skiresort.com as of 22 October 2026).
